30 days of vacation per year are standard at our company. Those who perform well should also be able to relax.
You can work from home two days a week if your duties allow it. We have regulated this in a company agreement.
We create stability: with us, you will usually receive a permanent employment contract.
Overtime is recorded to the nearest minute and paid out or compensated with time off as agreed.
We contribute to your Urban Sports Club membership and pay part of your subscription fee.
Do you like to ride your bike to work? We will support your new purchase with a monthly subsidy of €15 for JobRad.
Do you use public transportation to get to work? We will cover €15 of the cost of your Germany-wide ticket each month.

APPLICATION PROCESS
You can find all open positions in our job portal. However, you can also impress us with a speculative application.
For us, a complete application includes a tabular resume and relevant references. A cover letter explaining your motivation and goals is helpful but not required.
Please submit your application online via our job portal.
Once we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. We will review your documents and usually get back to you within 14 days.
You have piqued our interest and we would like to get to know you. During the initial interview, we will find out whether we are a good fit professionally, and you will get to know your immediate team.
If your expertise is a good fit, you will meet the management team in a second interview and can discuss all the details with HR.
Everything went well? Then we are happy to have you on the team and your onboarding can begin.
