For us, a complete application includes a tabular resume and relevant references. A cover letter explaining your motivation and goals is helpful but not required.

1. INITIAL MEETING

You have piqued our interest and we would like to get to know you. During the initial interview, we will find out whether we are a good fit professionally, and you will get to know your immediate team.

2. INTRODUCTORY MEETING

If your expertise is a good fit, you will meet the management team in a second interview and can discuss all the details with HR.
