At DAHLEM, you have the freedom to develop your potential. Our projects are challenging—we plan on behalf of cities, municipalities, water suppliers, and other public authorities. This means we also have economic, ecological, and social responsibilities.

We are looking for employees who are willing to take on new challenges and drive innovation in water management. As an experienced engineer, you can contribute to our structural engineering, wastewater treatment plant, or infrastructure departments to plan engineering structures for the water management of future generations.

Draughtsman and technician

Your skills are worth their weight in gold

Civil engineering draughtsmen and civil, road, and landscape construction draughtsmen play a key role in the success of our projects. We use a variety of software for design and are increasingly planning with the BIM method, which is fundamentally changing the planning and construction processes in civil engineering. We are looking for draughtsmen and designers who want to support these innovations.

State-certified construction engineers are indispensable to us when it comes to realizing a project. Our construction projects are anything but ordinary, which means that construction supervision remains exciting.

 

 

Organizational experts

Do you enjoy providing the necessary structure?

Our central functions make many things possible internally. The departments for financial accounting, IT, corporate communications, human resources, and office organization are looking for employees who can confidently master their field of responsibility. We still have a lot to do and exciting corporate organization projects in the pipeline waiting to be implemented.
