As a Project Engineer (m/f/d) in an international setting, you’ll work on challenging projects in the fields of water, wastewater, and waste management. You combine in-depth technical expertise with a big-picture perspective and apply your expertise across different countries and contexts.

Your tasks
  • You will assist with feasibility studies as well as conceptual and detailed planning for water supply and wastewater treatment projects in the field of municipal water management.
  • You will help prepare bid documents and support projects through various planning phases.
  • You will prepare technical proposals and actively contribute to project development and business development.
  • In doing so, you will keep an eye on international markets and help identify new business opportunities.
  • In your projects, you will handle technical tasks and coordinate closely with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • You will also contribute your expertise on-site and be available for project-related assignments abroad.
Your Profile
  • You have a degree in civil engineering, chemical engineering, or environmental engineering, ideally with a focus on municipal water management.
  • Ideally, you already have five years of professional experience working on relevant projects.
  • You can work on projects independently from a technical standpoint and have a structured, solution-oriented approach to your work.
  • You speak English fluently and are comfortable working in international project contexts; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
  • You have strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and feel at ease working in interdisciplinary teams.
  • You are flexible and interested in short- to medium-term assignments abroad.
  • You are proficient in MS Office.
  • You bring dedication, team spirit, and a passion for successfully implementing projects across borders.
