We train people
DAHLEM is a training company approved by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Essen, Mülheim and Oberhausen. For more than 50 years, we have regularly trained young people for the position of draftsman and in the accounting department, we have been offering the training for management assistant in office communication for five years now. Our trainees are accompanied by qualified employees who have many years of training experience and fulfill all requirements for training.
Dual course of study
You want to start your studies with a simultaneous entry into a company? You want to gain practical experience in addition to the theory, close to your latest field of activity? You would like to combine the basics of structural engineering with structural design activities in project planning? Then you are exactly at the right place with us! The dual course of study is divided into theoretical semesters at the Ruhr West University in Mülheim a. d. Ruhr and practical phases that you complete with us. For the entire period of training, you are in a contractual relationship with our company and complete your studies with a "Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)".

Trainees
It is done: School is behind you and you have the diploma in your pocket. A stage of life is completed. And now thnigs really start rolling! What will be your future career? With meaningful tasks, self-determined work, a great circle of colleagues and good prospects? Trainings have a long tradition with us. We offer technical and commercial trainings, e.g. to become a construction draftsman - here good visual thinking is required. Or is your talent related to keeping the office workflow? Students
With us you can experience your first taste of working life. Whether in an internship, as a student trainee or with your final thesis, which you can enrich with a particular practical experience. We look after you individually and guide you through the tasks practically. You experience us in the everyday work and contribute with your your knowledge and your personality.
